Food Focus

I know that most health guru's would say, when you're trying to get fitter, when you're trying to change your mind set and habits from being very, very lazy, to more active, that healthy food should be high up on the agenda.

Well, it's not that I disagree with them. How could I? But, for me there has to be a balance. One activity I have often found helps me relax, distracting me from the stresses of the day and giving me a sense of wellbeing, is cooking.

It's not that the meals I cook are particularly unhealthy (I don't think, anyway), but it's not health that I have in mind when I make them.
